To anyone looking to build a new pool,

Look no further than Exclusive Pools! When we decided to commit the financial resources necessary to increase our quality of life, we were very particular about every facet of our pool build. We wanted to accomplish a number of requirements to complete our "Backyard Oasis." My wife and I contacted a number of pool companies to not only build our pool, but also remove and replace fences, replace sod, rebuild sprinkler systems, and install solar panels. All of the other companies would provide us with contact info... Pat and Cheryl @ Exclusive however, stated "No problem! We can do that." Their attention to detail and professionalism were carried over to every segment of our extensive pool build and I have the utmost confidence that you will have the same experience. I can now say that Pat and Cheryl are not only our pool builders, but also dear friends as well.

We just wanted to say again how pleased we are with the job you all did on our pool remodel. We knew going into it that your company was not the cheapest bid we received but we could tell you had higher standards than the others. We were very happy with the quality, craftsmanship, and extra touches that you all do. The workers were very detailed in everything they did. They worked hard and steady every day. We are very impressed with the craftsmanship of the pavers and the coping.

We have had a lot of work done to the house lately, but your company, by far, was the most impressive. We still cannot believe how fast you started and finished the job. We would not hesitate to recommend you to our friends or any one else needing this type of work done. We were pretty confident and comfortable that we had chosen wisely when we made our decision to go with Exclusive. I just wanted to take the time to thank you for a job well done. The pavers your team installed at our home are absolutely beautiful, it is better than we could ever have imagined. The colors of the pavers and coping around the pool are simply gorgeous and the addition of the patio outside of the screen enclosure makes a big difference to our space. The whole backyard has taken on a whole new feel and look, it is so much more inviting and feels like an extension of our family room.

We are so impressed by your efficiency and professionalism. Your response and coming to our home for an estimate was within a day of us calling. You promised us an estimate within a day and you made true to your promise. From the point of confirming the order to completion of the job was within one week. You were able to meet our timeframe for completing the job for our son’s first birthday with a week plus to spare. The team of installers did a thorough and professional job, they were neat and cleaned up after themselves, as if we had nothing done at all. Any time we had a question we were answered promptly and in detail, never feeling like our question was anything but important to you.

Overall we are thrilled we chose Exclusive Pools to install our pool deck pavers, it is a choice we will not regret. You provide both excellent service and products, and we thank you for turning our humdrum pool deck into a beautiful retreat.

Dear Pat,

Eddy and I want to sincerely thank you for your assistance in getting our pool finished. When our original pool company suddenly locked their doors, took our money, and would not finish our pool we were left with quite a mess! Several pool companies said they would help us out to finish our pool but you were the ONLY one who actually stepped up to help us out. You came over to our home promptly to help when we called, even weekends and late nights. We thank you for always being there for us. You were always on time and provide us with excellent service and made good design changes to correct problems left to us by the other pool company.

You really were a life saver to us. We do not know how we would have finished our pool without your help. You were very dependable, fair, honest, and always professional.
